The male and female pro winners of Ironman 70.3 Miami 2013 were Terrenzo Bozzone and Helle Frederiksen.

Bozzone had his hands full fighting off second place Filip Ospaly and won by just two minutes.

For the pro women Frederiksen spent much of the day well in front of the rest of the field and won handily by about eight minutes over Erika Csomor who edged out Eimear Mullan for second spot.

New champions would be crowned for 2014 as neither Bozzone or Frederiksen were on hand to defend their 2013 titles.

It was a very strong field of pro women and there were several quite capable of earning the victory in the Ironman 70.3 Miami Results 2014.

The only sure thing seemed to be that Amanda Stevens would be the first woman out of the water and once again, she was.

However she had company right behind her as Lauren Goss was not letting her create a gap and exited the water just three seconds behind Stevens.

The rest of the field had plenty of work to do in order to challenge for a podium spot.

Very little had changed by the time the pro women reached the bike/run transition.
