Ironman Frankfurt European Championship results 2013

On Sunday July 7 many of the top pro triathletes in the world went head-to-head in the Ironman Frankfurt European Championship results 2013.

There were several pro men who were capable of taking top spot on the podium and there really was no clear favorite in the race.

How could there be when you had Christian Ritter, Michael Raelert, Andi Bocherer, Eneko Llanos, Pete Jacobs, Marino Vanhoenacker, and several other excellent athletes all going head-to-head?

The swim certainly never gave any indication of who the winner for the pro men might be as only 23 seconds separated the first 22 swimmers.

Jan Raphel hung on for second and it was a fierce battle for third with Bas Dierderen of the Netherlands rounding out the podium.
